Hi everyone,

I am new to VJ. I filed my AOS in May 9th. I got a job offer a month ago but I cannot work yet because I have not heard anything about my EAD at all. I am so worry and I dont know how long my company can wait. Are May fiers start getting EAD approval? Thanks!!!

Hang in there. I applied back in February and it took around 70 days for the card to come in the mail. Good luck and keep praying! For me, the wait for the greencard is even more nerve-wrecking than the EAD. Hope it works out for you!

I applied for EAD on May 9 as well but I got an e mail notice that my U.S Resident card was in production....so maybe things are picking up and the Resident cards are coming out before the EADs.....

You are getting your greencard without interview after CSC approval... the OP (a K3er I believe) will most likely have an interview at the local office, so EAD most likely will come first.
