Hello:
I have a simple question to this esteemed forum members. I am a US citizen and would like to sponsor my retired parents, who live in India, to immigrate to US.
They currently are visitors visa holders and they came to the US only once so far. If I file I-130 for my parents, what will be status of the visitors visa ? Will it become invalid ? Can they still visit me while the I-130 application is being processed ? Can some one who was in the same situation before answer the question.

Thanks to you all.

It does not invalidate a B.

They might be asked more questions about their non immigrant intent on that visit.

As long as they don't violate the terms of their visitors visas, they should be ok to travel with them while their I-130s are being processed.
