Hi,
The problem is, my dad has been caught of fake documents at the airport and put behind bars couple of years ago, my mom had to bail him out. He tells me that he got a letter from U.S Consulate Embassy in Nepal saying he can not visit U.S.A for 90 years? he tore the letter and threw it away. Despite this i wanna know, once I become Citizen can i bring (petition) my dad to live with me? In otherword, is my dad still eligible to live with me once I am U.S. Citizen? Or is there any other alternatives such as appeals to correct this? I am worried.
Appreciate your help. thanks

Your father is not eligible for any waiver based on his relationship to you. He has been barred from the U.S. for material misrepresentation. The consequences are severe.

I would agree with john and marlene, it sounds as though they have given him a lifetime ban.
