Our case was approved last May and NVC scheduled our interview on July 21. We both (My spouse and I) received our interview letter from NVC. I am just curious if we need to contact US Embassy for anything before interview? My wife completed her medical last month.

We never received anything from US Embassy Bangladesh. I noticed some people receive package 3, package 4 (not sure what they are) from their native Embassy. Did we miss anything?

The only people who receive packet 3 are the ones who filed for K1 and K3 visas. Since you filed for a CR1/IR1 visa, you only received packet 4 (interview letter packet) and won't have to contact the embassy for anything. Packet 4 should give you further instructions regarding medical and lab work if needed.
