i heard some people saying earlier that you an pay nvc online? is this true?
i got the letter stating lao po's ds3032 was on the way but i need to send them 70 usd before they can process it.
does nvc take online payment or only money order?

Yes, NVC is taking online payments. You may need to call NVC to get a IIN number so that you can access the online payment system.
