Do we need to take some forms to the medical? Will we be mailed some forms to take? Or do we just show up with our appointment letter and money and they will give us the required paperwork once the exam is complete? Sorry I am just clue less about the medical and I am sending in my husbands last packet so I am wanting to know more about it since we are not far away from that.

The only form I had to take to my medical was this one: http://canberra.usembassy.gov/consular/vis...nstructions.pdf

Plus 3 passport photos and my vaccination records. Everything else was supplied by the panel doctor.

Different consulates might have different requirements though so it's best to check directly with the one you are filing through.
