I know that those of us who are in the middle of this immigration proccess are experiencing difficult times due to the mental, emotioanl, and at times financial anguish brought on by the separation of our loved one/ones. I want you all to know that I feel your PAIN and offer moral support... stay STRONG! energy.gif

As I've been reading through these posts, I've learned a lot of useful information. One thing I haven't seen anyone discuss is the position one is left in, in the whole process, if their K3 Visa is denied...

* What happens to CR-1 ( I-130) petition that has yet to be approved at service center, if K3 ( I-129F) is denied at consulate interview?

I want to be prepared for anything that could happen during this process. If anyone else has any questions regarding this topic, please bring them up! I would surely appreciate any insights. yes.gif
