how long ago prior approval ? i know you are way happy right now to explain but i'm happy too by getting today my first touch after 4 months waiting. so i just want to know if maybe i could expect to get an approval soon!

Hi SraCastillo! We filed for expedite because my husband is due to deploy next year. we filed our I130 on May 5. I can't believe they approved it so fast! Maybe you'll also get your approval soon. Good luck to you ; )

i don't know if there is a time but i checked today at 9:30 am and found that both my I-130 and I-129F got 7/11/2008 on the last updated date

Check back after at exact 11pm EST, that's when the next update will happen if they have either approved or sent you RFE, that's how it usually happens, one touch in the morning and then automated message and status change (if there is any status change that is) at sharp 11pm EST the same day. Good for you, but for most of us then, it is not that good.. I mean, I thought that VSC was jumping ahead... Expedite are just that. If you have a valid reason, then they expedite you and approve you very fast. Everyone else, is the same old same old..
