Hello. If you pay the IV Bill Online and then you print the coversheet online, is the coversheet the same as the one that the NVC mails it to you?

Also, is the DS-230 coversheet that you print online the same as James's Shortcuts DS-230 coversheet? I mean the picture of Statue Of Liberty, date, all the writing, etc... Thanks
