I wan to know, when would I know the DS 230 is entered in the NVC system, as per my tracking No from USPS, it was received by NVC on 7-8. And the AVR is still saying, I am missing some docs and NVC has sent a letter on July 7, and I talked to the operator, it is related to return of DS 230.

They still havent made a message for my DS-230 being entered in the system either but they say they have received it with the passport copy, birth certificate, police reports, and pictures and that if they need anything else they will let me know. My DS-230 arrived there on July 2nd but as of today (July 9th) they still havent changed the missing document message, well they did but only the date the letter was sent has changed. I hope tomorrow the message changes to , they received my checklist or case completed. GL to you.

I no longer rely on the AVR. It is not reliable in my case at least. Its best to talk to an operator. And dont believe the estimated times that the AVR gives you either.

NVC AVR got updated today, and it is saying it has received the Checklist response on July 9. Took them 2 days to update the system

Better than mine they got mine on July 2nd and can see it in their system but the AVR is still the same.

Call them and speak to an operator and ask whats going on with your case, and how did you mail the documents, I had mailed the documents by overnight mail by USPS on 7-7, and received by NVC on 7-8, and entered NVC AVR system on 7-9.

My message will not change until they complete my case or they really need something, their system shows that they had my documents entered on the 7th of July, the same day my AOS was complete. Took them 2 working days to get it in the system. They signed for my DS 230 on july 2nd at 10 30 am est. Im just stuck with this message because their computer had not updated before they finished my AOS.
