Is it true that if you file the EAD first than I-1485 you might receive the 10-year green card than conditional one??? I am just asking only because some one told me about that it's kind of surprising.

Ang alam ko if you filed AOS tapos more than 2 years na kayong mag-asawa, then 10-year GC ang mare-receive mo.

I want to know if you file the EAD first or work permit (k1 visa) than the I-1485, or you will file that later for the green card..is it true that you will receive the green card valid for 10 years than you will file the AOS EAD and AP together and you will receive the green card like conditional only??? like its better to file the EAD first than I-1485 together
