Hi everyone!
My wife had her biometrics over a month ago for her EAD and AOS and we haven't received anything yet. I got onto the USCIS.gov website and put her case number in which says the normal processing dates, but doesn't say anything else.
Is this where I see if it's been touched or is there another place I need to go? Also should I try calling the 1-800 number or my local office to get some info.
I know it hasn't been very long, but it seems that a lot of people are getting there EAD without waiting very long.
Thanks for your help!

Well you are jumping the gun a little bit...most EAD take 90 days or MORE..
We didn't get our biometrics till more than 2 months after NOA1, and are on
day 90 now....
we have a very uncomplicated case..husband being from a very uncomplicated place.

You will see it online (and touched meas that the date updates without anything else changing). You should relax and wait, as I don't think you can do anything within the processing time declared by the USCIS (calling the USCIS will get you nowher, same info as online)

Hi Andy:
Liam has been waiting for his EAD since February 25 (3 days after his Biometrics).
We don't have it nor have we heard anything since the case was "touched" on 25 February.
Sure, I'm worried, but also now how overwhelmed and sometimes incompetent BCIS is.
Give it the 90 days and if you don't hear anything, you can make an infopass appt.
Good luck,
Lynn
