hello all...my case has been touched like 5 times allready and yet no approval..last touched 7-8-08 (today)...what the hell these ppl doing @ the CSC???

be happy you're getting a touch... still nothing on mine except when i sent the paperwork for the I 120f... it's gotta be a good sign.

You need to register at USCIS website with your email id and create your portfolio of I-130 application. Touches will not be emailed, but you need to visit the site to see "Last Updated Date" aka "LUD". But approval will be emailed to you. Good luck wingsforever
