Hi,
Postal Id can be from 1 day to 4 days, depends on which province or city she is residing in.
SSS id card takes not less than 1 month.

Ask her to apply for postal ID, voter's ID, SSS, or even driver's license (if she knows how to drive) the soonest.. while you are still waiting for NOA2.
I was not asked for ID's druring medical, only the letter from embassy and the appointment confirmation email from the call center. They also did not ask me for any ID during interview, they only took my birth certificates and NBI clearance. BUT i did bring all my valid ID's that day, I have also scanned all of it and printed it out before hand.
May you get the NOA2 soonest. Good luck to you and God bless always.
