i sent my ds230 and aos last month around the 27 of june. and i called NVC says it was received on july 3,2008 and its still in review, what does it mean? and how long does it takes before they approved it? thanks alot

It takes them about two weeks to process anything you send them. Once they review both the I-864 and DS-230 you sent them, they will complete your case and make an appointment with the US embassy in Manila.

My time is almost the exact same as yours only switch the forms, AOS sent the 27th, signed for on the 30th of June, DS-230 was sent July 1st and signed for on July 2nd. My AOS, I assume, was entered on July 3rd, not my DS-230 , I was confused because the AVM said they had received my documents on July 3rd and to allow 6-8 weeks for them to be reviewed, but when I called this morning the message had changed to the RFE message. I called to find out what the RFE was for and they said that it was for my DS-230 which they now have so there is no real RFE. So my 6-8 weeks for review message was saying that they recieved my AOS and not my DS-230. God willing i will not have any problems with my DS-230 and I hope they complete my case in the 2-3 days that they have been doing with other members on here. Be sure to keep us informed on when they complete your case on the TRACK ALL DS-230 to interview thread. Good luck to you and I hope they complete your case soon too.

hi... Mine is still not complete as well and I am feeling sad today about it, it's now 15 days for us
