waiting is the hardest part....but im sure right time will come...im happy to be in this site....malaking tulong talaga sa akin.....

I know that it's hard, but please exercise patience. You may well need it for the visa stage of the immigration process. So don't use it up now... Trust me!

did u try calling NVC about ur case???

........i tried....to call nvc the first 3 weeks..since we got approved, nothing from them, the 4th week, i try to e mail, still they dont have our application yet...now makes me scared....thinking maybe they lost our papers....tried to call uscis on the 3rd week, they say call nvc......im not sure wheres the heck our papers now...
....now where on the 5th week i ddnt bother to call...its sad to hear...the word nothing...thankx for the concern...

Just keep on following up. I agree on what Sheriff said... patience is a virtue, otherwise you're letting yourself get so down by being impatient. Hang in there... it will come.

i am really hoping gurl....but at least we know were our papers now...im scared they lost it...
i feel that im lost here.....all May approval....already got their manila case number...

no real words of wisdom to add just letting you know that you will be in a lot of peoples prayers and patients is always a requirement i know patients is hard i pray for it all the time and tell God i need it now and still impatiently waiting to recieve it but always remember smiling makes the world brighter and one day passed is one day closer to seeing your SO

i'm sorry you have to go through this, nakakadismaya when you feel so close to it tapos dami pa nangyayari... could you try checking with CSC again, baka andon parin papers nu kasi usually ilang days lang yan magstay with NVC before they send it off to USEM.

I do hope you get good news re your papers soonest. Just be strong and continue having faith.

the last three e-mail i got from nvc stating ( this is what i got from nvc everytime i e mail them same question same answer

And last nite i got e-mail from nvc stating...

Your inquiry indicates that the approved petition has been forwarded to
the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. The NVC has not yet
received this petition from CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Services).


......im hoping that uscis already sent our application to nvc....and the last e-mail ddnt say to contack uscis.....i hope this is the good thing....please anybody can comment....share your thoughts..

this can be a frustrating part of the process. your petition should be at NVC, but until the case number is assigned, you can not get any info about it's status. back when I was in the part of the process you are in now, I experienced many frustrating calls to NVC, being told they have no record of my petition. a K-1 is not entered into their system until a case number has been assigned. hang in there, hopefully you'll be receiving your case number soon

...yeah it is...im giving myslef ultimatum lol....if i cant have my manila case number this week...im sure ill fly somewhere next week ..not just waiting sitting here....i think i need new environment..its crazy for now i know but someday, somehow, well have it.....

try to call uscis of which center u belong and ask them when they actually mail your documents to NVC and u will know whats going on with your documents. keep praying that your documents are in good hand...

..........im here again..again and again, this is the latest, my Mr. M called uscis director office last nite,( operator just confirmed that it was approved......sent to nvc) and also she said all folow up must be with nvc....darn, my Mr. M, forget to ask when they sent it...i wish i knew it....

Lam mo we filed k1 last DEC 2007....then na approved ang petition last MAY 22,2008 i got the letter from US EMBASSY MANILA June 15,2008 stating i am eligible to call and giving me my MNL number.But until now im not yet ready to call for an interview coz lack of documents that i needed to bring and due also to the correction of my name i needed to settle down first....IN short di pa ako ready
