What is Delbros? Is document verification always needed? We submitted our original and only copies of paperwork to the Embassy.

Delbros is the courier that US Embassy in Manila, Philippines uses to deliver visas to approved applicants. They are also the one who process the Document Verification, which you don't need since it's only for Philippine applicants pursuing visa.
