I have been searching online the whole day trying to find cheap airfare bound to Manila Phils. departing Michigan this August. Couldn't find anything cheaper on bt-store.com...

For me no such cheap fare in August coz its a PEAK SEASON. I would suggest you to fly on the 1st of September onwards thats the start of LOW SEASON for flying. U can have NW or AA.

You can try cheapoair.com, but Rodge is right. There is about a $500 difference in price from the end of August, to the beginning of September. Thats why we are scheduling interview for the beginning of Sept. I'll save the extra money and use it for the wedding.

Thanks Jon-n-Michelle that's what we've thought, save some money for wedding and honeymoon. We also figured out that fares goes down right at the beginning of September while checking it today.

Check China Airlines. My fiance got me a ticket in Aug 25-26 for $620. But that is from Manila to LAX, one-way. Goodluck! I heard the prices are also affected by the Olympics in China.

I would agree that August is a bad month, see if can go through Shanghai on NWA then transfer to Cebu Pacific Airline. Also sign-up to get your free miles, (They come in handy).

Also I had to make an adjustment to my timeline, So I think I should get NOA2 around late October

CHINA AIRLINES is the cheapest . $620 -$700 manila to San Francisco. 4 hours stop over in taipei though. kukuha na ko for my wife and son ....next week .........August 6 to 10. whichever the cheapest. that depends on destinaton........I guess .......canvas ka.......try mango tours
