I mailed 1-751 packet by express mail early morning on Monday 6/30/2008, the tracking shows that it was signed in at the INS express mail on Tuesday July 1st at 6:30 AM. I checked my bank account online and noticed the Check for $ 545 was cleared by the DHS yesterday july 3rd. How fast? Does this mean all is alright?

seems normal to me. Now you get to sit and wait. smile.gif

It simply means they received your packet and cashed your check. Now you wait as the previous poster said. When you get the "new" green card in your possession, that means it has been approved. Good Luck! yes.gif

If your service center is CSC, the procedure will take around 3-4 months.
If your service center is VSC, it'll take around 12-14 months.

I agree. Try not to read too much into anything until you are given reason to.

Its CSC. I was curious because the 1-485 AOS two years ago, it took them 10 days to cash the check. But this one 1-751 was too fast in cashing the check. Anyway, we are patiently waiting.
