I think this is how the document process goes...
1. We pay the document verification in Metrobank then inform Delbros thru text. Sometimes they dont reply quickly. You may also want to call Robbie to be sure. If you dont get a response from Delbros hotline, just send them texts messages until you get a reply. And see if what Robbie and the hotline say, match. They say (meaning it's just a hearsay) that Delbros wait for mondays to inoform USEM of the payment list.

2. Once Delbros confirmed our payment in Metrobank, they will inform USEM that we paid for the document verification.

3. The USEM will then make a request of documents to be verified and send it to NSO. They say that the document verification lasts about 10-28 days. It's a case to case basis.

4. Once the results of the document verification are done, a personnel from USEM will get the results from NSO every friday.

That's just my analysis though. I maybe wrong. But more or less that's how DV goes.

Just follow up with Delbros, this is their hotline number: 09176221949. Dont stop sending them messages until you get a reply.

and to this case, goes my concern..if they inform USEM that we already paid the DV and our application isnt there yet... what will happen??? will USEM send a request to NSO or they have to wait til our application gets to their mailbox

Hmmm...sorry, I dont know the answer. But I guess that's where a problem starts. Did you pay your document verification yet even if you havent asked the USEM if your packet is there already? As I have said..this is just my analysis. I might be wrong.

actually i can already pay cus we already got the case number...d only thing thats stopping me is my concern.. weare waiting for the confirmation letter from the manila embassy, from there my man will call for my interview.

btw, is the NVC letter ok when i go to st. lukes? or i really need either the application letter (email after getting an interiview sked) / confirmation letter (snail mail from the USEM that our papers are already there)

now i decided when will i pay that DV!!! aarrggh.............. nakaka stress!

ooppsss sori guys! im getting carried away, were talkng about the medical exam here nga pala! wwhheeww!...ok ok...going back to the topic.... i will still need to wait for an appointment letter til i schedule myself for the medical.. so that means i still have to wait for the confirmation letter from the USEM,cus appointment letter comes only after getting a scheule...and my love will call for an interview only when i get the confirmation letter from the embassy..

we got our MNL Case number hubby was about to call NVC yester and inquire abt the MNL but then he got the mail from NVC he wondered on why we got 2 MNL num so he called NVC and asked on what is to use. they said that we have 2 MNL Case number because 1 is for the I-130 that we filed and the other one is for I-129f. they said that we can use either of the 2. so here is our timeline:

July 2 = approval
July 5 = we got the hard copy of NOA2
July 9 = NVC sent our papers to USEM
July 14 = we got the mail from NVC

tom pa call ang hubby ko sa USEM to schedule for my interview. we are planning to get last week of Aug na interview then my medical will be on the first week of Aug. sino po ang may sched na ng last week ng Aug sa interview? makikisabay ako

that is good that you already have an interview sched . grabe! ano feeling? .i called USEM this morn sabi nila nasa kanila na ung papers namin pro wala pa sa database nila. call daw ako by fri to check if nasa database na yung record namin then that is the time na pwede na me pasched.

july 21 and 22 daw ung EB sa medical hehe. i am not sure kung makakasabay me kasi la pa me sched eh. saka baka monthly period ko yun .

i just called the call center this morning to schedule my interview. yup, sa call center po talaga dapat tumawag para magpasched ng interview at hindi sa USEM. ang masmaganda po na gawin is to call USEM first to verify if your case is already in their hands and kung pwede na kayo makapagpasched ng interview. pagsinabi nila na pwede na , then call the call center pra magkapagpasked. kasi in our case, ako yung tumawag sa USEM at call center. masasaang lang kasi yung pera kung call center agad ang tawag nyo ta hindi pa pla pwede pasched. sa call center kasi Php55 per min, tas sa USEM free lang hehe. kaa paverif mo muna sa USEM kung pwede na.
