I have been emailing the embassy trying to talk to the Visa Chief and found out he will be on vacation from the 7th til the 11th of July. Some good news for those who are worried about M.E. not gettign back to VN until the 10th. This means the denied cases he has not reviewed will have some extra time in HCMC.
