Does anyone know how to read the proccessing times page on the USCIS website? It doesn't make any sense. Update shows June 15, 2008. But if you look for I-751 Filing, it says December 2007. HUH??
AussieDude
That means as of 15 June 2008, they are processing cases filed in December 2007

Yes, the last update was June 15, 08 and they are processing I751 from December 07... but dont rely on the processing dates....

Their dating system has always been inaccurate. They list the oldest case generally as the date processing to avoid those pesky phonecalls. The best thing you can do is get it filed as soon as possible and have it very well organized with everything you can possibly provide.

I rely more on the timelines in the forums. Of course, there are exceptions, but members' timelines give you a better picture of the process.
