Has anyone had any updates. On July 9 it is going to be 9 months since I sent in my I 130 petition. I am an IR1 CR1 filer.

I dont know what to do. I am pregnant and things are really getting hard. Are they still processing petitions from July? Is this possible? Has there been any approvals from Vermont?

you are not the only one waiting patiently. My application went in on Oct 10, 2007. Still no word. Patiently waiting.

the online system on 24th Feb.

Yep... We filled October 15th. Nothing! I feel for everyone here.

I sent in the I-130 on September 29, 2007, they received it on October 4th, NOA1 January 8, 2008. Last touch February 24, 2008
that's all the info I have on my case

Hi all.. I'm a December filer and a K-3. However, I noticed that we all maybe in the same situation as mine didn't come available until Feb 24. I think there's something wrong with that date as we have not seen any touches since then. I wonder if we are all put in a big pile that is overlooked.

hi.. i sent mine Oct 28th they received it Nov 5th. put online 2/24 and nothing since??

January VSC I-130 filer here, received at Chicago Jan 11, also no activity since it was entered online 2/24. There was a thread posted in May I believe where someone actually spoke with someone from VSC and they admitted that spouse visas were given last priority after H1-B and K-1 visas- at least one VSC K-1 VJer who filed at the same time I did made it from NOA1 to interview in 4 months while we are all still waiting - my timeline is now showing estimated approval date mid Sept -Oct, 6 weeks ago it was saying I should be approved this week ... I will be at the 6 month mark (from receipt) on 7/11 and am wondering if contacting my congresscritter will do any good... At least I know I am not the only one being ignored...

Another January I-130 VSC filer Iam about to touch 6 month mark in few days. Any advice on contacting congressman? Will that really help?

How do you determine the 6 month mark. Is it by the sent date or NOA1 date?
