I applied for my EAD and AOS separately. My EAD has been approved and I am just waiting for the card in the mail. I didn't have any biometrics for it. Do they normally do this in such situation or do I have to panic and burn the hotline?

It's rare, but has been reported here previously. If my memory serves me correctly - the card or some such document states "biometrics not available".

If you would - let us know what the card looks like when you receive it smile.gif (picture, etc).

Hey I received my card in the mail on July 3rd. I was expecting it later this week, but it came earlier only a few days after approval.

The card has my necessary information except it says "fingerprint not available;" since i didn't have any biometrics for it. All is good. I have just been busy applying for a job.
