Hello,

A few months ago my wife and I submitted our I175 petition to have her conditional residence removed. It appears that it is taking about 6 months to process applications in the Texas center. My wife and I have an international vacation planned (and paid for) in the end of september and return in October.

Is she going to be allowed back in the country from our vacation? Her temporarliy permanent residence card will be 4 1/2 months expired at that time and she will not have her permanent card yet.

If she will be allowed back in the country, what paper work should she have in order to return?

Regards,

Cazwillis

When you say "few months back" you mean in 2008? If that so, your waiting is still LONG. They still processing cases of mid 2007 dear.

She should be fine with the extension letter (the first NOA) but as note of ultra precaution I would suggest to make an INFOPASS and get a stamp in her passport.

We submitted I751 in April/May. What is an INFOPASS? Where do we get?
