NVC has sent my case ( K1 PETITION) to Lagos Nigeria more than a month now and my fiance has not received packet 3 & 4, will she need to go to the embassy and pick it up or wait till they send it? I just emailed them as well.

As far as I know in Nigeria the packets have to be picked up by the beneficiary.
PS: Could you please update your timeline

Nigeria is terribly slow about everything. Joseph went and picked his up but he lives in Lagos. He just finsihed 4 days of medical testing so all he has left is his vacinations.

Did Joseph get a notice to come and pick it up or he just went there with the letter from NVC?

do not wait for Lagos to contact her to get her packets. If they sent it over a month ago, they surely have her information. I emailed a scanned copy of the approval notice to my fiance and he took that to the embassy to recieve his packets. At that time they also issued the interview date.

Yes,
She'll be waiting forever. My Husband went to the US Embassy in Lagos with the Approval letter from USCIS & letter from the NVC stating they sent the package over. He picked up both packets and got his interview date for August 27TH.
BEST WISHES-This is the FINAL TEST!

Absolutely, have her go and pick them up. I scanned and emailed the approval letter to my SO and he took that with him.
Good luck!
