i have question about the work permission EAD. I have already work permission from POE JFK valid for 3 months . AND I sent my AOS papers june 26th . if i got job now , have i quite the job after my 3 months work permission expire ??or i still can KEEP work since i have NO1 that i already applied for EAD and it is pending?

You can only work for the time that's valid on the EAD. if the replacement EAD doesn't show up in time you're working without authorization.

That's why we aren't too concerned about getting the visa stamped at JFK point of entry so Ahmed can work for 3 months. It isn't great to be hired for a job and then have to quit at the end of 3 months, but to be legal that is
what you must do.
