Okay, one last question!! LOL I sent my fiance a letter of intent about five weeks ago. Do I need to send him one closer to his interview date? Also does it need to be notarized? He needs one as well, correct?

Is it for London? Five weeks ago is how far from the interview? Do you have one? It would be great if you made a timeline so we knew where you are in the process. You don't have to use real names. We have our NOA2, he already had his medical and he sent in his checklist two weeks ago. We are applying for a K-1 visa and he is going to interview at the embassy in London

As for the interview I called DOS yesterday and they said they had scheduled an interview for July 23rd..(this was after they said that the checklist was missing a day earlier, but oh well..all is well that ends well I guess!) I think my letter of intent was dated for June 16th 2008 when I originally sent it.
