Wow, just got selected for jury duty....not even in my own country of Canada have I been selected for jury duty. welcome to america!!!

Dont believe one can serve on a jury, unless your a citizen, but I could be wrong

I've had two notices since I arrived here almost four years ago. You have to be a citizen in order to serve. I had to notify them at the courthouse, providing a copy of my permanent residency card, that I was not a citizen.

Well it is good to know that you can easily get out of it not being a citizen. Hope number 3 doesn't come anytime soon to you.
