We just had the biometrics appointment last week however I wanted to know if the RFE can still be requested eventhough they sent us for the digital? What do they usually ask for in the RFE? or would they just decline you if they feel their is not sufficient documentation? We sent them:

of course... biometrics appointment is not to be confused with application approval. Biometrics is merely a step in the approval process.

Your profile says you're removing conditions, but you've posted in the IR-1/CR-1 Spouse Visa forum, so I'm a little confused which process are you in?
But to answer your questions, an RFE can be generated at any time before a decision is made on the petition....so yes, you can still get an RFE after your biometrics. When they issue a Request for Further Evidence it can request all sorts of further documentation that they feel you haven't provided but are necessary for your case to be complete for adjudication.
I'm not sure, but given what I've read some others have sent as evidence for Removal of Conditions to Residency applications, your evidence does seem somewhat lacking...but with USCIS it means absolutely nothing....I'm afraid you'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Good luck.

You can get an RFE right up to and including at an interview. The only time you know you are safe from an RFE is when you are notified you are approved. You do the best you can with what you've got, and if they want more, well, you find more.

ho yes!!!! there is people here that after waiting for WAY over a year got a RFE... sucks.. but yes it s possible, does not mean that you will get denied... it means that either they lost something or you miss something important that they wanted to see.... most likely they lost something.... this people from USCIS are stupid.... LOL!
