Guys.. is it possible that the priority dates would move backward?

I've cheked on the visa bulletin for 2006 and it moved 11 mos backwards..

here it is:

Last May 2006 Bulletin.. the F2A category in Philippines was with the priority date of Mar 2002.

Yeah I saw that. They are moving the priority dates backwards. What a frustration on part of those who have applied for loved ones

It is not a linear process.

Just use it as a guideline, the best you have.

Backwards is not a shock..
