It got transfered right away. I got NOA1 from CSC.

Yes, I will definitely need to call USCIS again to see what is going on with my case. I didn't have time the past month because of my finals. But now that they are over, I can finally take care of this. I tried to call them in April because then already I was way behind processing times. Now they are already processing Jan 2008 applications, so I am even more behind. It has been tough getting in touch with USCIS from overseas. They even have a special military hotline but people there have the same knowledge as the people on the other regular hotline. At this point, I would even be happy with an RFE. Oh well. I'll let you know once I know more about my case.

We just got approved today, we sent ours back in late March, my dates might be off by a day or two, but no more. So it took about four months, and we were a Nebraska transfer.[/quote]

Any filers from around the end of June still not able to access their receipt numbers on the case status system? Its been a couple of weeks since I did my biometrics but my case receipt number still comes up as invalid. Most people usually have the CR-189 received (ie fingerprints done) by this time.

I know there's usually a lag due to updating with current information, but I'm wondering at what point I should worry about this (if at all).

Instead of using your receipt numbers, try to use your ASC applicant numbers.

That's what I meant, the receipt number on my ASC appointment notice. It shows up as invalid on the case status system.

Hmmm...i checked mine after 3 days, using my ASC applicant numbers and it showed my online case status. Maybe try your NOA1 receipt numbers if your ASC applicant numbers is invalid at their system.

Finally approved!
