Hi everyone,

I am F1 student. I get married with US citizen. My AOS is pending in National Benefit Center. I just received my EAD card. Now I would like to apply Social Security Number. Do you know how to apply SSN?. I am living in California.

Someone who has EAD card and apply SSN number like me. Do you know what form I will fill out and what documents I will submit to Social Security Ofice?

everyone fills out the same form (SS-5) .... The instructions will tell you what you need.

I just did this.
I printed off the application form from the SSA website. Filled it out and took all the required documents to my nearest office. It was fairly easy.
Within 7 days I received the card in the mail.
