As per requirement,Filipino traveling abroad as fiancé(e) or spouse of a foreign national is required to attend the CFO’s guidance and counseling programs as a pre-requisite to the issuance of a passport. My question could it be done before medical and interview schedule?or does it really require to finish the medical and interview?

Hi!

It is not a requirement to finish the medical and interview! You can have your CFO now if you want.

You may attend the Guidance and Counselling in PRISM Manila before your medical exam and interview appointments or in between the schedules of your medical exam and interview. The Guidance and Counselling can be done even if you don't have passport to show. As long as you have a photocopy of the following documents: BC from NSO, NBI, photocopies of IDs with photos. From the Guidance and Counselling session, you will be given a (yellow) certificate of attendance, which you will present to the CFO by the time you already have the visa. In CFO, you are not attending a seminar anymore. They will just issue you a green certificate and they will attach a sticker to your visa. No sticker on your visa, no fly. star_smile.gif
