I, the petitioner, and im on Ir1 route. didnt work for 2 years due of staying with my husband in the philippines, my sister who is my joint sponsor shes on disability for 3 months bec she gave birth.

we are about to send the AOS form to NVC but i dont know if we going to have a problem bec of her disabily for 3 months. her last income tax return is around 60k ,the last paystub she have right now from her work is for dec 2007 last year. but since shes on the disability she have her disability paycheck copy . She got back to work last june 25th. and she have an employer letter as a prooft that she back to work... please advise us bec we dont know what to do regarding this matter please help thank you so much
