i got email early today about the approval for VSC. I filed in September of 07 and finally got the email.

Hi Aussielad, I sent it on 9-17, recieved on 9-21 with NOA on 10/2 and fingure prints on 11-07

hmmm i sent mine on the EXACT same day....and had my biometrics on the EXACT same day as well.


Shouldn't i be hearing something as well in the next few days??? at least???

No touches to your case recently?

Actually, no....the last time mine was touched was the 10/12/07 which was like 2 days after i had biometrics....so actually....im BEHIND HIM!!!!...because although they BOTH got there on the 17th and issued NOA1's at the same time....i had my biometrics BEFORE he did....

Like...if im correct and the time line should run the same with the priority dates,...i should have either gotten an approval the same day he did....or i should get one here within the next week!!!!!!....BECAUSE if he's was already adjudicated...that means that they are working on cases that have a priority date of September 07, and NOT what they have on their official website at www.uscis.gov with their processing times, which of course are always way out of wack!

Below here is my timeline for the I-751 application

September 11 -Filed I-751 on conditions2007
September 17 -VSC Receives my I-751 and issues NOA1
Oct 10 -Had biometrics taken in San Juan, Puerto Rico ASC
Oct 12 -Touched.

and yours should be right there as well!!!!....u filed even a few days before me!!!!


WHAT could be the problem...how come he's was adjudicated and ours hasn't even though for example, your priority date is before his???
