My husband wants me to ask:

1. How much do the medicals cost, and the different locations.
2. What size passport photos will he need?
3. Can he do the medical before he gets his packets?
4. How much is the visa fee currently? (God willing its smooth sailing)

We used the same size passport photos that we used for the petition (2x2). We had no problems.

The embassy is going to give him a form that he needs to take with him to the medicals so he should wait for the packets.

Once you pay all the fees to NVC you should not have to pay anymore at the interview.
