That really made me laugh out loud, here at home, all by myself (without music playing in the background thanks to you-know-who).

I just have a little iPod shuffle, but I still have the same songs I first put on there, 3 years ago. I can't figure out how to get the effin things off and new ones on.

@ Nessa
@ Jenn - you would have to use iTunes. Trust me, you don't want to. You end up like me.

i just use it to synch my podcasts, it's way too clumsy to deal with how I would like to deal with my music collection. I used to have an iriver and loved it. The ipod was a present.

Bought my iPod in the UK. Used iTunes fine. Came to the USA and now the USA site won't accept my iPod as it is a UK one and the UK iTunes won't let me download from them as I have a USA IP. Pile of sh!t.
Stupid Apple.

That's unfortunate. Looks like I'll be listening to these same 50 songs for the rest of my life.

Join the club. I have 500 on mine and that's what it'll stay at. There's only so many times you can hear certain songs...stupid iPod.

I actually miss the old days of having CD's on display and a CD player in the room. I can't get to grips with my ipod and secretly hate it...I drive my hubby mad when I go rooting around for the CD I want to listen to and stick it in my computer to play.....if it wasn't a gift from him I would have boiled it by now.

I bought an IPod Touch over a year ago, and have spent hours in the Apple Store having them work on it. The video feature just won't work. They even offered to refund the cost of the thing. The last story was that the HP laptop I have iTunes loaded on has something wrong with it - it couldn't be the @#&%**$ program!

When I bought a new iPod iTunes decided it didn't want to transfer my music so promptly deleted it all.

I just brought home some MP3 discs from Nepal and when I try to copy them using iTunes they are not recognized - ironically Govi was able to copy these discs onto his computer(he does not have iTunes) but not songs from regular CDs -
