Hello vj's,

Am confused with the port of entry, as i inquired with some travel agencies here, they asked me where's my port of entry.
Am bound for Oklahoma, but my fiance will meet me at Las Vegas to meet her daughters who lived there.

Want to ask if there is anyone here from Las Vegas.

Thanks...

Cora

Hello there,
Nothing to worry about coz everything will be fine as long as you have all the necessary papers you have specially the brown envelop which is SEALED. I had Washington my POE but I am bound to Philadelphia. POE is the first place/city/state you landed in AMERICA. YOur POE is Las Vegas.
Enjoy the trip and have something to read. Have a safe trip.

Are you stopping in Vancouver B.C. Canada before Las Vegas on PAL flight. Someone can correct me if it has changed but the U.S. has a POE in Vancouver. It would help to know which flight you're on.

I think so. I flew from Vancouver before and the America customs is there at the Canadian airport. Check the POE reviews at VJ. I hope this helps

If you are flying Manila - Las Vegas, your POE will be Las Vegas, eventhough the plane will stop at Vancouver, you will be checked at the Las Vegas Airport. They will let you get out of the plane and let you stay at the waiting area which you can't do anything for one hour or so, while they are inspecting, refueling and cleaning the plane.

Las Vegas as POE is very hassle free and very comfortable, as long as you got everything, you will be out of there in 15 minutes.

thanks, Vancouver is listed therein as one of the port of entry, i will have my papers ready then, so if ever they will ask for it, i can hand them the papers..
