I got my green card one year ago, but my son's case is still pending. will my son get a 10-year visa if his case is approved after I marry his step father 2 years? anybody has experience? thanks!

I think he will get a 10-year, as the conditional gc is only for spouse beneficiaries and people who get gc's from work sponsorship. Methinks...
