I called them but they just told me "Just check the status thru SMS"
Oh so I did. No response.
How can I get the status of my VISA, if that doc verification is all ready verified or NOT? How can I anticipate the timeline of that doc verification of they won't give any hint if those documents are submitted, verified or what?
Why www.delbros.com online tracking is offline most of the time?
Why when you track thru SMS it takes 12 hours for reply and then will just say "...not yet release in the Embassy..."something like that.
So, what's the use of their phoneline?
Will their e-mail displayed in the site will give any hint?

i called nso from stevemercy post..look for richard..try if ur husband can call =) they are strict in giving information but i was lucky to get the results from him 2weeks ago...(friday)..about the sms..i tried to text delbros (09176..cell no) i was able to get when was my docs forwarded to nso for doc verification...best time to call USEM through LORRAInE was friday and tuesday to get new status ...try to call once a week..someone told me if they get pissed for making followups they put ur docs on the bottom...=( and most important let ur petitioner to call grace and lorraine are more accomating to US citizens
