I am a little bit tired of looking for a hotel which is closer to USEM and St. Luke except for Bayview Hotel: could you please recommend/ help me to get a list of hotels which is closer to this two places that we will do our Medical and Interview:
and I need to know how much are the rates? I am so sorry this may sound like "lazy" because I should do it by myself but I am still working at the same time I am sick because of this weather changes:

Friend of mine who lives in Mindanao turned me on to The Lotus Garden. Him and other expats use it when in Manila.
Close [5 minute walk] to St. Luke and USEM. About P2500. Nice and clean.
Computers available. Jollibee right across the street.
My wife, sister and anak stayed there. Like it better than Bayview which they had stayed at also.
I'd advise doing your medical earlier than one week in case something pops up like a sputum test. My wife and anak did theirs almost 2 months before their embassy interview.

check this out,it's near Robinson's place manila,USEM and SLEC.nice,clean and affordable all their rooms has kitchen.

Boulevard Mansion

i always liked Best western La Corona. it is 1166 M.H. Del Pilar. it is close to the USEM and ST. Lukes. around $79. a night. It was clean and the staff is very friendly.

I booked a room for my fiancee at the Best Western La Corona for $52/night. See link below. It's a pretty good deal.

hello checraig,,i would recommend "The Townhouse",it is just beside Bayview hotel along roxas boulevard..Very affordable rooms for P900 per night for deluxe room...Good Luck and God bless

we used the City-State Tower hotel....three blocks from St Lukes.
There was also the Cherry Blossoms, between the two places, and next to Robinson's mall Ermita - a friend stayed there and siad it was great.
Mayeth stayed at Las Palmas on the other side of the mall by the medical school. it is two blocks from the train, but a short jeepney ride to the Embassy.

The Pearl Manila Hotel is within walking distance of st Lukes and 3 minute taxi ride to embasy

I suggest you to stay at 'LA CORONA HOTEL ' BESt Western hotel near by ST. Lukes and USEM.
You can send me pm if you want to stay there bec my friend of mine was working there at the hotel..
They are all nice and the rate is not expensive..including the buffet breakfast..We use to stay there when my fiance visited me here..

Hi I knew one. it's an apartelle. I stayed there during my med and interview. It's a nice place too. It ocst less they have 1000, 1200, 1300 is the highest rate. It is near robinsons . It is near the embassy too but not that close to bayview which is so expensive.

P.S I stayed there for almost 3 weeks with discount because they have a discount if you will stay a week there.
