If you file a I-130 you will paid $400 when you file the ds-230 at NVC you won't paid anything the the embassy in Manila. Also there will be a $70 bill for the I-864 also at NVC. Good luck with everything

Your Visa fee is paid already then. You will have the medical at St. Lukes it's about $200 but includes all the shots in the price. There is also a document verifcation fee and a delivery fee to Delbros. And the good thing is if you get the IR-1 you won't have the AOS fees later in the U.S.

I don't think anyone would put Delros in the same league as FedEx. I think Delbros is a logistics company. This is what their web site says::DELBROS manages a wide network of workforce and service partners that have mastered the principles of supply chain management and are competent ect.ect.ect. LOL

The doc fee is P650 paid about one month before your interview and the delivery fee is paid after your interview I think it varies on where the visa will be delivered.
