anyway, on the first day we got there around 1:30 pm and then we were given forms at the guard and after filling it up we went to the reception and they will ask u for ur confirmation letter from the embassy and the evisa confirmation of ur interview make sure to make copies of it. then they will take ur photo at the on the room behind the reception. then u will go 5th floor to pay for the medical which is 9,600.75 and then u will be instructed to go to 3rd floor for xray. we didnt have to wait long for this there were only a few people waiting there and then to the 4th floor for blood extraction and urine..after giving our specimen jego and i sat to wait for our names to be called but u know girls! we talk and talk and talk and we didnt notice the nurse calling my name already! embarassing people were looking at us when we stood up! hehehehehehe!
after this we went to 5th floor for eye check, since both jego and i are wearing contact lenses we have to take it off after reading the test thing (make sure u bring ur lubricant and the kit) then we went to 2nd floor for the immunization interview ( we actually thought we would get shots that time! lol) and then the doc asked me if i had chicken pox before they she would ask for a scar and then she asked me to show my scar on my previous vaccines she only put there that i only need MMR and Tdap. then we were instructed to go to 5th floor for the physical exam. u will go to the USA counter and give ur papers their and they will call ur name and ur assigned room number. we meet someone from davao who was supposed to have her interview on the 7th but during the PE she was told they had to cancel her interview because she have her period. so we dont know what happened to her and girls make sure ur period is done not even a spot. anways when we got done here we were told to come back the next day for the vaccines and results!
the 2nd day we got there at 2pm (that's today! LOL!) and then jego was really scared already! LOL! but as what i have read here that on the 2nd day when u are instructed to go to 2nd floor for vaccine ur safe! hehehehehehe! so we gave our receipt to the guard and they checked our names in the computer and there is was 2nd floor! we were both relieved!! the 2nd day is the hard part because u will have to sit there and wait! (u will give ur receipt to the guy in the front ) this is the day that u would be grateful that u have someone to talk to...thank u so much i have jego with me i wasnt bored! we were talking never really noticed that we spent more than 3 hours waiting for our names to be called! LOL! but when our names are called we got 2 shots one on each arm and then were instructed to go down on the ground floor for realeasing! i want to also acknowledge ryanriza for posting her experience on her medical i used it when we were there and dont forget to put ur name at the back of the pictures and u should not have earrings on ur pics or else u will have to be instructed to go out and have ur pics taken without earrings! better be prepared i have seen a few people who made this mistake! we waited patiently for our names to be called and then finally at around 7:15pm we were done and when we stepped outside it started to springkle! God's blessings!!!
i would like to thank everyone who helped me on my medical for people who prayed for me and jego thank u so much guys! im so thankful i became a member of VJ! wonderful people!!!
