They know you've paid both fees and if you sent packages at the same time and they receive DS 230 first, well that is not your fault and it's no big deal, cause there's 2 possibilities if that happens: either they may ignore DS 230 and wait for I-864 to arrive or they will check DS 230 first and won't be able to complete your case till they get I-864, that's all that can happen and don't worry cause you won't get an RFE over this situation, so you're closed to the end, enjoy this moment! No more papers to be sent!!!
