16. Go to Part 2 of the Instructions, Eligibility Categories. In the space below, place the letter and number of the category you selected from the instructions (For example, (a)(8), ©(17)(iii), etc.).

for a K-1 fiancee holder who is filing for AOS would I put ©(9)? All instructions point to this but I woudl love if someone could confirm!

Note this is not a green-card issue it has more to do with "Working and Traveling prior to getting a Green-card"

C 9 Based on pending I-485 Because you are filing it with or after filing the I-485.

K-1 should NOT use A 6, this is the same as the temp 90 day EAD that you may get at the POE, it expires 90 days after entry on the K-1, and costs $340 additional, and since it can take up to 90 days to get, you would get a card that expires shortly after you get it, or USCIS will deny the EAD because they would be approving it after your I-94 expires.
