Hi,
I'm hoping someone has any advice/suggestion or thoughts. I am marrying someone who is currently living in another country (France) with an expired passport and without a valid visa. He is going back to his home country (Algeria) to renew his passport and for us to get married.
In order to get a police clearance from France must he be a legal resident of France? Also, does my fiance only need police clearances for places where he lived legally?
