Hi All , I have my IR-1 interview next week in London , what fees do i have to pay ? do i pay for the visa even if i have to submit a waiver ? if so , what form of payment do they accept ? i have a regular bank debit card , will that be accepted ? and what are the fees ? i have looked on the totally non informative Embassy web site and found no info on this at all . thanks .
Was the $400 IV FEE paid to NVC before the petition was sent on to London? Your timeline only shows paying the I-864 fee $70.

Will the visa be issued on the day of the interview?
Visa processing takes 3 - 5 workdays. The visa will be returned to you by the Embassy's courier service, Secure Mail Services. On the day of the visa interview you will be required to purchase an envelope for the return of your documents once visa processing has been completed. The fee for the courier service beings at £14:00; payable by debit or credit card or in cash.
