My Birth certificate indicated that my parents are married and i fall as Legitimate even they are not. Do I have to correct that? Will that be a hinder to obtain a US visa? Will they question me on interview?
This Birth Certificate was used by my mother when she petition me. My father is already dead also with the legal husband of my father. By the way I am from Philippines.
