I sent my case on 11th june they received on 12th june(signed by famous R. Austin) but they entered on 16th june......case was completed on 19th june. not much longer...we can say, it took three days but if we count from 12th june it took almost a week including weekend.

Hey Filiricans.. our cases got completed on same date.. hope we will get scheduled our interviews soon...hope for the best.

that is what i was counting on ... they entered into the system on 20th but still no Approval …. Mine was also signed my Austin .. via express mail .. 20th – 26th --- 6 days and counting .. the avg I am seeing is 5 days …. Did you guys call to find out or listened to the automated system …. It seems like the automated system don’t get updated every night

I'm a bit concerned! We got our case from the NVC number and I confirmed that it was forwarded to the Consulate in Mumbai. Since we were too anxious to wait for Packet 3 to come in the mail, we were told we could pick up a duplicate packet at the Information office or we could download the forms from online. We chose the latter option. The only thing we needed to fill out was the DS-230 part 1 and the applicant statement. In your posts, you say to you returned it to NVC?? You've sent it back to the NVC in New Hampshire? I thought when I spoke to a lady there she said once it leaves there, it's all in the hands of the consulate? Am I mistaken? Can my fiance fill out the DS-230 form and just drop it back off at the Consulate?

the process for K-1 and K-3/CR-1 is diffrent ..... for CR-1 ..once it leaves NVC it's done ..just need to appear for the inteview with a physcial and medical report.
